Payment Options

1. Payment is expected when services are rendered.

2. We accept debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and cash.  All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

3. Personal checks are accepted from clients having an established payment history with us.

4. Clients needing another payment option are welcome to apply for extended-payment financing from Chase Health Advance^SM.   Applications can be completed and submitted for approval at our hospital, or you can apply online.  Highlights of the Chase Health Advance^SM program:

  Insurance for Your Pets

Pet insurance is another payment option that is gaining in     popularity. This type of insurance is not structured like human   medical insurance.
