At Steeplechase Veterinary Hospital, we offer a complete range of grooming services – shampoo and blow dry, puppy cuts, kitten cuts, full grooms, sanitary cuts, and more.   Our experienced groomers will be happy to discuss your particular needs with you.   Please note that we provide complementary anal gland expression and nail dremel with any full groom.  When Casey or Jo is done, you might see your pet strut … just a little.    We know you’ll be excited with the results too!

Our Groomers

Casey Kinney

We are proud to have Casey as our featured groomer.  Her love for animals started with the many pets she had when growing up on a dairy farm.    After deciding to become a professional groomer, Casey left the farm to receive her formal training at the Manhattan School of Dog Grooming.  She has worked hard the last nine years to hone her exceptional talent that is demonstrated with every dog she grooms.  We loved her work when we first saw some examples.  And we are pleased to report that Casey gets rave reviews from our clients.  We recommend you give your dog the pleasure of being groomed by Casey.  She currently accepts appointments every Thursday and Friday.  And sometimes on Tuesday or Saturday.  Please call at 678-208-2200 for more details.

 Turtle Jo Amiri-Owens

Jo is a Master Groomer with over 15 years of grooming experience.  Jo's clients often notice her gentle, calming presence that their pets immediately sense; and they are always thrilled with her work.  Jo's availability is very limited since her primary job is as a Registered Veterinary Technician working in Emergency Medicine.  This, combined with Jo's dedication to service above and beyond client expectations,  requires clients to call well in advance to find an open appointment.

For all pets groomed at Steeplechase Veterinary Hospital,  there must be evidence they are up to date on their rabies vaccination.  In addition, we expect that your pet is current on other vaccinations, such as distemper/parvo and bordetella (kennel cough) for dogs or the upper respiratory series (FVRCP) for cats.
